Apple Crostata With Caramel Topping

1 sheet Of puff pastry
1 Tbsp. Sugar
HEINZ® Diced Apples
HEINZ® Apricot Halves in Juice
½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
COTTEE'S® Caramel Topping
FOSTER CLARK'S® Vanilla Custard

Heat oven to 200ᵒC
Take sheet of pastry and place on a baking tray.
In a bowl combine sugar, diced apple and diced apricots with cinnamon and spread over the puff pastry.
Fold over the edges.
Place in oven to cook for 40 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm, drizzled with caramel topping and custard.
